When placing an order please include the following information:

To avoid duplication of an order, please ensure that any written confirmation of a telephone, fax, e-mail or online order is clearly marked "CONFIRMATION".
Promega will send an order confirmation by fax to anyone who places an order by telephone. The order will only be processed when the order confirmation has been sent back to us signed by the purchaser.
